A doctor said I am not an orthodontic case. What do I do? VME, 0 cheek projection, narrow palate, etc. I want to do something about my face, but I'm so lost.

Thank you for the question. It is a common occurrence for the ala width to be wider following LeFort surgery so most surgeons control this by placing ala cinch sutures at the end of the surgery. The end result should be no difference between before and after surgery in regards to the width.
