Hi , I have a E cup breast “teardrop” , and not saggy. interested in doing a Scarless breast reduction . Can I get liposuction on my Breasts for a reduction and replace the fat with implants after the reduction for a lift ? I want to be a bit smaller , D cup and more lifted but I don’t want to have scars from the lift .

Answer: Breast liposuction Breast liposuction can be done in selected cases if the breasts don’t sag too much. Replacing the fat removed with implants may give upper breast fullness but I can’t imagine it will give the breast any lift. An in iersob evaluation would be need to go over the options and determine what your best option would be.

The volume that is able to be removed is fat and not breast tissue, so it suits breasts that have a higher proportion of fat.
