I used to have boils on my left buttcheek and the scars are still there, i want my left buttcheek to be more rounder but the workouts i have been doing seem to not work? the indents are still there.

In my experience, an asymmetry (uneveness) of this degree can only be safely, reliably and permanently corrected using buttock implants. With scar tissue and you looking very lean, fat transfer is unlikely to be sufficiently and survive. Glad to be of help.
