Thanks for your question, but why would you want to go into a sauna post laser? They are going to put a lot of light energy into your face. You will probably be extremely sun and heat sensitive for a couple of days or longer. It's your body telling you "don't do that". Best of luck!
I would highly recommend avoiding the sauna post CO2 and Erbium Yag treatment. The last thing you want to do after an intense laser treatment is raise your body temperature which can increase redness and swelling. Not to mention that sweat might irritate the treated area which will be very sensitive the first week or two. Best of luck to you!
I would avoid the sauna after the laser skin resurfacing until your skin has healed completely. I'm sure you physician will give you post care instructions on how to reduce downtime and expedite healing.
