CO2 Laser redness/indentations/acne. It's been 6 months. What can I do?

What can I do? Had PS/neck/face/upper eyelids/brow with CO2 laser. Going on 6 months. Surgeon's RN says they haven't seen this for so long. They were going to do IPL, but when the RN saw me she said it wouldn't be advised. Skin texture is like an orange with grooves from the laser. Why is it taking so long? Anyone know?....GIMME MY WRINKLES BACK!! Devastating.

I recommend skin care with vitamin c, b5 hydrator, silicone based scar gels with growth factors and enzymatic washes with papaya enzyme. PDT therapy can help calm inflammation. Typically I recommend adding clear and brilliant, fraxel, viva 4-6 weeks to improve results along with microneedling/prp to get the best outcomes with texture and tone.  Please see an expert. Thank you for the photos. CO2 lasers can have some prolonged down-time but this is definitely more irritation than would be expected for 6 months after treatment.  You don't mention your current skin care regimen and it is very possible
 that this can be tweaked to reduce the persistent inflammation. I would suggest seeking consultation with a cosmetic physician or dermatologist who is very experienced in post laser skin care. Best wishes, Mary Beth Mudd
