Cosmetic Lip Tattoo Removal - Help

Question

The tattoo artist went outside my lip line on my top lip. It looks ridiculous and is a different colour to the rest of my lip. I did not ask for this and I cry everyday. Are there any options for removal (any types of laser, or saline?) or am I just lumped with this mistake forever. No more tattoos for me that's for sure. Is it better to let tattoo fade before attempting removal or get onto it ASAP?

I'm sorry that you are so disappointed with a tattoo that's in a very visible area. However, there is no fast remedy for your situation. Your tattoo needs to heal before you can begin to remove it. That will take about 2 months. 
A board-certified dermatologist who is expert in removing tattoos with the PicoWay laser will be able to fade or remove your tattoo in about 5 to 8 sessions. Your tattoo will not really fade on its own. I'm sorry. Please be sure to consult a board-certified dermatologist who has expertise in using PicoWay to remove tattoos to ensure a good result.

You can start treatment as soon as you are healed from the tattooing. I do not recommend the use of saline or salt as laser removal is much safer, faster and more effective.
