I would be very cautious about lasering this tattoo becaue the white although mixed in with black will oxidize leaving behind a smokey appearing ink. The black ink will be removed leaving behind the white which will not respond to any laser. White ink either does nothing ( rare) or oxidizes into a darker color that becomes extremely difficult to remove.
