I've had ingrown hair problems on my legs for months now but they're getting better with the start of me exfoliating, but I've noticed i have some black small spots on my legs even directly after epilating or shaving that just wont go away even with exfoliating. I got curious so I experimented but I took a needle and kinda just pushed one of them and it went off revealing a tiny thin hair underneath, how do i get rid of the hundreds on my leg now without the needle?
