''Pinched/warped'' lower Invisalign aligner from the beginning. Bad fit. Faulty dental impression or aligner? (photos)

I'm on my 9th day, using my 1st aligner. From the beginning the aligner on my lower teeth had a bad fit. It fits firmly on my premolars/molars but about 3-5 mm above my lateral and central incisors. In order to fit it; the lower tray has a jagged edge on the inside and is ''warped''. My teeth have moved in the wrong direction I think. My major concern is that tray #2 will NOT fit on my lower teeth at all, which did at first. Could this be due to a bad teeth impression or aligner print out ?

Answer: It can be either a distortion during the impression/scan step or the manufacturing step.
