It’s been 3 months since I had my bbl surgery and about a month ago I noticed small hard dots, by then they were not red or sore, I could just feel them with my hand. Now I’ve accidentally pinched them while pulling up pants and now they are red, sore and warm. So I just want to know if this is normal? Will it go away by itself? I’m sending a picture of the absolute worst one.
