My chin drops down when I laugh/smile/talk. Can it be fixed? (Photo)

When i laugh/smile/talk, this happens with my chin (see pictures). I've talked to two doctors, and they told me that I had strong chin muscles and that the problem could be solved with botox injections. Is this true? And, is there any other solution?

There is no research to suggest that long-term use of Botox may result in bleeding disorders, or result in any long term systemic effects for that matter. You need to see your primary care physician for assessment.

I would go back to the doctor that injected you and let him look at the eye.  It is not normal to have such severe drooping of the eyelid and double vision.

I suggest speaking to a well trained cosmetic dermatologist, there are options such as fillers, but sometimes Thermi is best for a more long term cure.  Best, Dr. Emer.
