Thank you for your question! Microneedling is a great treatment for evening out skin tone and texture. After the healing process your skin will have a more youthful glow. I recommend using PRF to enhance the results of a microneedling treatment. If you are looking to brighten or lighten the appearance of deep hyperpigmentation I recommend a laser treatment such as PicoSure, BBL, or Halo. Firstly it releases cytokines and growth factors in the epidermis and dermis- the top and bottom layers of your skin. This in turn remodels scars and the dermal layer of the skin.
