Non-surgical lower lip mound treatment? (Photo)

My face is noticeably aging. Are there any non-surgical options to smooth out the mounds directly between my Lower lip and my mental crease?

From the photos provided, there appears to be significant volume depletion in the cheeks, which is likely responsible for primarily not only flattening of the cheeks and lack of more youthful cheek projection, but secondarily for the hollows and tear trough development under the eyes, as well as for the marionette lines and mounds you noted. The use of an appropriately robust HA volumizing filler properly injected in the cheeks can help to diminish all of the aforementioned. Additional benefit can likely be achieved via the use an appropriately robust HA filler for achieving greater definition of the jawline and for increasing chin projection, which again would likely secondarily improve the area of your concern (while enhancing overall the profile view). Hello; I see collapses on your lower lip and nodulations on the sides of your upper lip. I don't know; if you have a previous history of filling issue. So, initially, anamnesis and examination are important for you. If you have had fillings before, the fillings may melt at different speeds; at different points too. This condition, may cause asymmetrical deformities on relevant lips. If you have never had fillers before, your lower lip; may be damaged by environmental factors, especially from the sun. Exposure to harsh environmental factors, not using sunscreen, and leaving lips without any moisture; can cause the skin; to become thin and flake in certain areas; increase fine wrinkles and cause depressions.
