Dear Patient,The photo where you zoomed in shows loculated haemangioma (benign), which is pooling of blood under the skin. I still recommend that you consult a dermatologist to exclude any other pathology.

Yes absolutely, it needs to be checked by a dermatologist. They can use a special instrument called a dermatoscope to see if it is benign or malignant.
Is it painful to touch, did you rub or scratch it?
Any new lesion that has changed needs to be checked for skin cancer.
