Does underarms laser treatment leads to rough skin?

One thing you can try doing is shaving the day prior to your treatment with a good razor and shaving cream to avoid irritation. Over time the laser hair removal treatment will significantly slow down the hair growth process where you will not need to have hair removal treatments or shave for longer periods of time. Laser hair removal treatments is not known to lead to rough skin. 

Shaving is important prior to laser hair removal. If you wax, no hair will be left in the follicles and that will result in an ineffective treatment. The roughness will go away. Laser hair removal does not lead to permanent rough skin.
