Deviated septum, semi facelift, semi neck lift, breast lit/augmentation - should this be done all at once or separately?

I'm a 34 year old female, 5'5", with light complexion. It is medically necessary that I correct a deviated septum. I'd like to pair that with a semi face lift (with asymmetry correction) and semi neck lift, and might as well throw in a breast lift/augmentation too. Is it better to do this all at once or piece by piece? Which will ensure best results?

There are several risks associated with combining too many procedures in a single surgery. First of all, extending the anesthesia time increases the likelihood of complications such as pulmonary issues and blood clotting problems.
Combining facelift with rhinoplasty is also not ideal, because both procedures affect the blood supply to the face, which can compromise healing.
For this reason, I would recommend separating these surgeries. A rhinoplasty can be safely combined with a body procedure, or a facelift can be combined with a body procedure &mdash; but not both facial procedures at the same time.
