Can Submucosal Tissue Grow Back After a Microdebrider Turbinate Reduction?

had a bilateral turbinate reduction done with out fracture using a microdebrider. Not talking just about reswelling but if it is possible for the submucosal tissue cells regenerate after surgery and not just hypertrophy.
