I stopped wearing my retainer 6 months ago is there still a chance my teeth will move?

I wore my retainer for 6 months after receiving braces however i lost the bottom set and then stopped wearing the top as i didnt deem it important, the top set of teeth havent really moved however i can no longer fit my retainer on and im worried my teeth may move more. The top set doesnt appear to have moved alot in 6 months since however im worried they will?

Yes of course, we do it all the time. Not sure which would be best for your situation, but crown has no bearing on it.

Braces alone will not fix your problem. To have this large of an overjet and overbite means you have several problems: your upper jaw is underdeveloped, your lower jaw is retruded, your teeth are more than likely crowded and you over close.There are basically three ways to fix your problem: 1)...

Can't tell much from that photo, would need to see how these upper teeth relate to the lower when you bite. Also, looks like the space for that implant is bigger than the corresponding tooth on the other side, which is OK if they intend to close it down after the implant is placed.
