How can I get rid of reoccurring ingrown hairs/dark marks under my belly button? (Photo)

I suffer from so many ingrown hairs and dark marks under my belly button and I dont know what to do to get it back to normal. I've tried the laser hair removal but it didnt seem to be working or making the dark marks any lighter. Any suggestions? Even after I pluck some of the ingrown hairs they just keep reappearing

Hello, you can treat over ingrown hairs and laser hair removal will help reduce the amount of ingrown hairs you receive.  Please ensure that none of the ingrowns are infected as we cannot treat over an active infection.

Hello,This is a great question. We have been doing laser hair removal for years. LHR is very effective when it comes to killing the hair follicle. LHR can reduce sebum production and can also reduce the size of  sebaceous glands. Please let me know if you any further questions. I hope this helps.
