Nose swelling after botox. How long will it take to improve?

It sounds like you are either having an allergic reaction or small hematoma development.  If there is no bruising then allergic reaction more likely.  Either way, contact your injector and have them look at it.

A little swelling after Botox is normal, but your description sounds excessive.  I recommend calling your doctor immediately to make sure you are not having an allergic reaction.  In the meantime, continbue to use ice to help with the swelling.

Its impossible to tell what is happening to you without at least some pictures. Where was the Botox injected? why would your nose be swelling? Please contact the doctor who performed your treatment.

Swelling can occur after any procedure. Though this may be swelling, you may have an allergy to botox. You should speak with the person that injected you. You may be a candidate for benadryl or steroids. You may be helped with ice.Best of luck.

This is unusual do you have a picture and did you have a filler injection, can you  please provide more details  

Nasal swelling after Botox is  unusual.  I would recommend applying ice to the area and calling your physician who injected you.  It should resolve with time.
