Cool Sculpting fail- 10,000 on my first/last Cruise

Hello I felt great the first 2 weeks after my procedure and now I look so fat. I never did the research on the treatments just jumped in. My stomach is massive and so is the rest of my body. I am at the 4 month mark. I was 180 11/22/21 after surviving preclampsia, stroke, and help syndrome. My daugher and I were both on life support. I am now 225 and for no reason that scale after this procedure is going up!!!! Can i power diet and exercise? it's horrible!
