My dermatologist has prescribed me Accutane. I told her I would be going to Thailand for a month in 3 weeks (summer in Thailand). She said as long as a wear sunscreen and loose tops with sleeves and as long as I am careful I should be fine to start Accutane before my trip. But I will be in the sun quite frequently as I am going to be volunteering with Elephants and snorkelling. I'm now beginning to think it may be a bad idea to start so close to when I am leaving. Just wanted another opinion.
