Kybella requires multiple injection sessions and leaves the neck area numb for several weeks!  In the end I think that costs add up to the point where imo the most cost effective tx would be to undergo liposuction under local anesthesia..With either treatment (but not with Zerona) the results should be long lasting or permanent.
