Hi Sweetlol,Unless you wish to make chairitable donations to your provider, in my opinion you may as well stand in front of the grocery checkout stand red laser bar code reader (the same wavelength laser that Zerona uses) and get the same clinical benefit. Unfortunately, that laser is unable to penetrate through the skin to create the "holes" in fat cells that are claimed. To my knowledge, there are no liver or pancreatic complications from Zerona treatment. The fat leaked from the cells is the same fat normally found in the body.
