If you had to chose, Zerona or Velashape which would it be?

I am currently going through Zerona treatments. I started reading up on Velashape and my gut tells me I should have gone this route. Any thoughts?

Zerona doesn't work at all.  Velashape combined with Ultrashape is the best noninvasive option avalable for contouring.  I suggest seeing a body contouring specialist for options.  Most often properly performed liposuction would be even more helpful and if you are a candidate and would consider a tumescent performed procedure, you would get the best ultimate outcome. I have no experience with Velashape, but have been using Zerona for many years. We have had excellent results. It is not, however, a permanent fat loss method, as you must change your eating habits or the4 fat will regrow, though not usually in the same proportion as before. I have evaluate the other methods of fat removal and would not switch one for the Zerona.
