Fractional CO2 laser is an excellent tool for skin rejuvenation in our center in Santa Monica. I would recommend a moderately deep fractionated CO2 laser. The laser “brand”Is less important than the fluence or energy that is used. With light skin, you can have a more aggressive treatment with less risk of pigmentation problems. I personally like the Tetra CO2 laser which is considered the gold standard device in the market.
