1.5 years post op - Aching pain in my right breast when I lift my arm or bend over. What could cause this?

Please help. I felt a sharp and aching pain in my right breast when I lifted my arm or bent over. I’m 1.5 years post op with silicone implants with a lift. It’s been about 5 weeks since the pain started. I received a mammogram and ultrasound with no concerns for infection or cancer but I do have a swollen lymph node in my armpit.
