Retinol. Burn. What can I do? (Photo)

I have used retinol acid 20% for 4 days. Initially it started peeling a little but now I feel I have burnt my skin. It's red and I got if patches. It did not peel.in those areas. And I am confused as to what to do. It looks horrible. Pls help
