Does spectra laser remove brown spots from laser burning? (photo)

Hey everyone, I need help.. before a year they burn me with laser hair removal. I tried meladeep and now my doctor said he will start with spectra laser carbon.... I would like to know if it’s helpful because I don’t want to waist time. . I’m really feeling bad its all where in my face and neck. I need help to remove brown spots from burning. Thanks

The MicroLaser Peel is an ablative laser that is used to remove a sheet of superficial epidermal skin which is then replaced with fresh skin with more youthful properties.  Unlike many other laser systems, the built-in technology allows us to carefully control the depth of ablation from 10 microns ( equivalent to deep microdermabrasion ) to 1000 microns ( a deep skin resurfacing ). The Spectra laser is a Q-switched Nd-YAG laser that is able to provide good results for the management of pigment and skin discoloration when used properly. There are many other lasers that may work even better.   Before you have any more treatments on the area, I would highly recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist who has a variety of lasers to choose from and can provide a formal assessment of your skin,  and recommend the best course of treatment.
