Cheek filler vs tear trough filler - advice on which direction to go? (photos)

Question

I have had tear trough filler in the past and it help with under eye concerns but did not fully correct it. I am now being told that I need cheek filler and that tear trough filler is no longer an option. Some of my concerns are that I will look over filled or different and that it will not solve the under eye problem. Any advice on which direction to go would be helpful.

I would definitely start with the cheeks. It is hard to evaluate the full face with cropped picture, but it seems that there is a volume loss of the lateral cheeks and more of the mid cheek. You may need quite a few syringes, but it should last long time. All the best!
