Cheek filler vs tear trough filler - advice on which direction to go? (photos)

I have had tear trough filler in the past and it help with under eye concerns but did not fully correct it. I am now being told that I need cheek filler and that tear trough filler is no longer an option. Some of my concerns are that I will look over filled or different and that it will not solve the under eye problem. Any advice on which direction to go would be helpful.
