Do bras help implants from sagging?

Hello, I had a breast augmentation few months ago (280cc anatomical under, dual plan). I read some articles saying than wearing a bra wouldn't prevent real breast from sagging and I was wondering I that could also be apply to breast implants? I never wear much bras before my surgery and still fell more comfortable without it now. Nevertheless, I don't want my breast to sag now than I have implants.

Naturally, if the surgeon chooses to omit an operation a refund would be forthcoming. Is your surgeon actually refusing to do this?

Thank you for your question.  I'm sorry that you are concerned about your breast implants.  Since implants were placed under the muscle usually the better coverage prevents feeling the implant in the upper pole.  Saline implants are more likely to be palpable then silicon gel implants.  I sug...
