Can I Have a Space Opened with Braces for an Implant?

Had an underbite, ortho removed four pre molars. Closed gaps. I took off my braces bottom teeth shifted bottom right incisor shifted forward overlaping top right incisor never got retainer had right bottom incisor removed got braces again to close gap now want gap opened for an implant can it be done

Hello, in order to answer your question you need an evaluation on amount of space that is possible to achieve with your orthodontic treatment and amount of bone available for implant placement. Creating a space for implant placement is very common procedure and can be achieved by good orthodontist. In case if there is not enough bone for implnat placement surgeon can perform bone augmentation procedure and create volume of bone. Good luck!

Wow, you should really find a seasoned orthodontist/ cosmetic dentist to help you with your bite issues. It is true that many times space can be opened  for implant placement.  I cannot tell you without X-rays and photos for sure but many times it can b done. 

	If your teeth fit together in a good bite and you can wear a retainer every other night then your teeth should stay straight once fixed.
