I think thread lift would be nice in you, but I would replace your volume as well. I also think that you are probably complaining about the lack of volume too because you use the word "hollow". I would choose Voluma, in you for a very nice, safe, filler that will last about 2 years and not only fill the hollows under your eyes and at the cheek bones, but will lift the lower face. It will make you look more youthful and well rested, if injected properly. You could then add PDO threads but may not even need them. Lifting at the midface would even open your eyes and make you look more like you are smiling.
