I want to know if there's any type of programs or charitable funds/programs that helps you with your breast reduction surgery.

I am 31 years old and I am in a size J and they still growing. By have large breasts, I get pain in my neck, back, and shoulders. My family doctor said that I really need this done, so she sent me to a surgeon and he told me I really need to get it done. I have no insurance and I haven't been working since the accident, my cervical spine was mess up in my neck and I have a plate in my neck. This is why I ask that question about programs.
