Is there an age that is too young for calf implants?

Although there is no specific legal age limit for calf implants, most plastic surgeons would probably agree that a patient should wait until they have fully developed physically (about age 21) and have exhausted all physical fitness means of growing their calves. However for many people, other than favorable genetics combined with rigorous consistent exercise, there is no other way to grow the calf muscles besides calf implants.
