Brazilian butt lift in Africa? How do you go about getting a consultation?

Have had literally no success trying to find an experienced PS who can perform the bbl in South Africa. How do you go about getting a consultation and the process of doing the procedure overseas, where is this information available? Plastic surgery is not popular in this country so its very frustrating trying to find out all this info. Such a fan of Dr Miami's work. But I wouldn't know where to begin. Please advise :(
