Acne marks, flaking and bad pigmentation (Photo)

I'm currently on oratane 10mg and as expected my skin is a bit drier and more sensitive. Now my face is literally 3 shades darker than the rest of my body (see 2nd picture) and it worries me a lot. I do use an oil-free sunscreen everyday. What lotions/ creams can I use to (1) restore my natural complexion (2) ease the flaking and (3 )reduce the appearance of dark/acne marks.

Low-dose isotretinoin has been reported as useful for the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis that is unresponsive to other (more traditional) topical and oral therapies including antifungals. Consult with a board-certified dermatologist for evaluation and treatment recommendations.
