Veins in this area are difficult to treat and, although I treat many facial veins, I do not treat veins in this area.  You may want to see an eye surgeon.

Bruising is a common finding after laser for under eye veins. I recommend bromolein and Arnica Montna or a product called Bruise Stick made by Kare Skin.
