Hey there. I am looking for non surgical lift and tightening (more chiseled look)--less concerned with skin texture. I read contradictory things about what these treatments can achieve, especially Morpheus. The cosmetic PA said she has more satisfaction with Morpheus, but wading through claims about it, seems better for lifting to remove wrinkles. Btw I had ultherapy twice, two years apart with the last one a year ago. First treatment had rest results. Second, nah.
Answer: Take a Nice Vacation It would be nice if these energy devices could deliver what they promise, but that is not going to happen. The result that you are seeking is feasible with surgery, but not with Ultherapy and/or Morpheus. You satisfaction level will be much higher spending money on a nice vacation, or alternatively, seeking a surgical solution when you are ready.

Answer: Recommned doing Morpheus8 to help achieve that defined look. It will help tighten and give a lifted look. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

I recommend finding a provider that carries this line of threads and has extensive training in performing this thread lift- when done properly it is a very safe and beautiful treatment. Best of luck! I own and use a Morpheus8 and I can tell you this, if you are expecting it to create "lifting and tightening" you are not going to be happy. The bottom line is that nothing creates (long-term) lifting that is not surgery and nothing creates tightening like skin removal. The treatments you are considering (M8, SW, etc.) are nothing more than invasive skin care. They might make some changes to how the skin feels, they might improve the texture and tone of the skin, but they are not going to create anything close to a "non-surgical lift."
