I’m getting fat grafting done to my butt and the areas needing lipo are my hip rolls and saddle bags, but i want a snatched waist. I have had a previous Tummy tuck done with no lipo so my stomach still looks and feels flat but i have fat on my hips, sides and back. I wold prefer no lipo on my stomach, but want what will give me the best result.

If the skin overlying the hips is loose (you can pinch and pull it up and down with ease), then sometimes a completion tummy tuck (or what some people call a lateral thigh lift) can help. If not, then simply carving down the hips, lower and upper back is sufficient. The abdomen is always a good source of fat even after a tummy tuck and you could gain further improvement with liposuction of that area in addition to the BBL.
