I got smartlipo w/waterjet 1 year ago and I have a 1" lump below my bellybutton under the skin that is numb and feels more dense, how can I get rid of it?

You should wait until you have stopped draining and then wait until a week has passed to go for a gentle swim in cool water.  But first, get clearance from your surgeon.

As a Smart lipo Instructor I know of no relationship between Smart Lipo or any laser lipo and sweating. What areas are you having the sweat in?

SmartLipo heats and melts fat with a laser probe.   AquaLipo uses a water jet to loosen and wash out the fat.  I use both procedures in most of my lipo cases with great results.
