Small Mole on my Eyelid's Waterline. Can Be Removed Safely? (photo)

I would begin treatment  for the raised hypertrophic part of the scar.  Hair growth or ingrown hairs may be inciting inflammation and thickened scar as well. I would treat with lasers and IIT> 

Surgical shave excision can improve the cosmetic appearance of this mole, but there will still remain a chance of regrowth.  I would perform the mole removal in my Los Angeles practice under local anesthesia.

Complete excision with negative margins remains the gold standard for skin cancer cure.  It is up to you, knowing the full risks and having informed consent, whether you desire to withold further treatment.  In my office, I would recommend curative cancer surgery, if possible.

There are likely many herbal cures for disease.  With moles, surgical excision with pathologic examination to rule out atypia or skin cancer is warranted in most cases. 

There is no known reason one develops cherry angiomas, but fortunately they are completely benign.  Most cherry angiomas look like tiny blood vessels underneath the skin.   I use the pulsed dye laser to treat the cherry angiomas on the face and body.
