Small A cup and want to go for full C or small D. What size should I get? (photos)

Unfortunately, you have not told us your bra size, just your cup size. If you are size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are size 36 or 38, each 200 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. From this, you can compute the volume required to achieve your desire goal.

After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Based on your photos, you seem to be a good candidate for breast augmentation. The exact sizes and implant characteristics are best determined together with your plastic surgeon after proper measurements are taken. With that said, you may want to consider implants ranged between 400-450cc to achieve the look that you desire. I hope this helps.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Not much difference between the larger two sizes- I would say go for the 400-450cc range. More patients regret going too small rather than going too big!

Implant selection is best done in person. Did your surgeon measure your breasts and speak with you about options? What was her/his recommendation? The volume difference between sizer 2 and 3 would not be visible once in the body. I often use sizers during surgery to help my patients get as close to their surgical goal look as possible. Bras are not made to a standardized size. The first set looked very natural on you, and would be a good size for life. Personally, the last set was a little large for your fame. However, only you can decide what you really want.
