Can I keep my septum piercing in during septoplasty or will they make me take it out?

I’ve been wanted to get my septum piercing for the longest time and am planning to get one. The only problem is I will be having septoplasty around nov/dec and I’m not sure if I would be able to keep it in or take it out beforehand. So should I go ahead and get the piercing now or wait a few months after the surgery and once everything has healed.

A septoplasty will only rarely straighten a crooked nose, and I highly doubt it would on your nose. Sorry.Also, correcting frontal asymmetries like yours is very difficult.
