Should I get a septoplasty or upper jaw expansion to fix a deviated septum?

I am an adult male with a deviated septum and narrow jaws. I am not sure which I had first. In fifth grade I hit my nose on a steel rod on a playground gym. When I feel along the septum wall in the Left Nostril hole, It feels like a car was ramming its side along it. My Narrow Right Nostril gets congested a lot. My Right Jaw is smaller, less developed than my Left Jaw. Would my deviated septum have problems if I do Septoplasty then do Pallet Expansion or vice versa?

The septoplasty and narrow palate may be related but they would be treated separately. It sounds like you need an overall plan to deal with these. If your palatial expansion will involve surgery the septoplasty could conceivably done together, but most likely will be done aria Troy by two different doctors.

Sorry for your problem and you do sound like a candidate for a septoplasty but an examination is really needed. So go on some complimentary consultations with experts and compare recommendations after a full examination and discussion of desired results
