Good morning!Yes indeed- I would recommend a full anchor type breast lift with submuscular augmentation, done during one surgery, not staged.
Hello, thank you for your question. It seems like you can benefit from a breast lift with implants. A breast augmentation and a breast lift work hand and hand to enhance the overall shape and size of a woman’s breasts. These procedures are ideal for increasing the size of the breasts while restoring balance and youthfulness to a woman’s bust. Schedule an email, Skype or in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for proper evaluation.
Hello, thank you for your question and provided information as well..Based in your question and the pictures you showed, you are a great candidate for a breast augmentation with a lift, since your skin is too saggy. You may want to consider breast augmentation sub muscular. Know that the size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Best of lucks.Dr. Luis Mejia.
I recommend an in person evaluation by a plastic surgeon to be measured and discuss your goals. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of former patients with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size breast implant is right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the implants have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. From the picture posted, a lift as well may be needed.Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author RealSelf Distinguished Hall of Fame Inductee
Thanks for your question! I would really need to see you in person to determine what size implant I would recommend. You most certainly need a breast lift with an augmentation. However, without seeing you in person, I'm unsure as to whether or not I would recommend doing both in one procedure or a staged approach. Please be sure to consult with a qualified surgeon. Good luck!
Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. Based on your photographs, the best shape and contour could be achieved with a breast lift (you could place a small implant as well). Your nipple sits below the inframammary fold and without a lift in addition to the implant, this will not have a natural shape. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. A tummy tuck can be performed at the same time. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Size? Implant? Can't be determined by photos. More importantly, you'll need a breast lift and small reduction too. Implants alone won't do it.
The technique I recommend is a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement, if you are not planning future pregnancies. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. The combination of breast lift and tummy tuck will make your breasts appear larger without the use of implants. However, fat transfers can be performed later if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
I would recommend a breast lift and a tummy tuck which can be done a the same time. An implant could be placed at the same time, but you seem to have plenty of volume and probably do not need more. Implants could be added in the future if should decide. Discuss options with your surgeon. Good luck.
You are an excellent candidate fir a breast lift and it can be done at the same time as the breast lift. It would take about five hours. I may be the only one to tell you this, but do the breasts in two stages placing the implant three months after the lift. Why? First of all you may not even need or want an implant with the amount breast tissue you have. Doing in two stages is safer and easier. It is very difficult to perform lift and implant in a case like yours where the nipples are that low. If you try it in one stage you have much higher incidence of complications as well as a suboptimal result. If you look at different websites, and look at breast lift with implants, most only need to be lifted maybe two inches and can be done in one stage. That’s an entirely different situation as yours. If you have it done in one stage you likely will get shortchanged on the lift part and need a revision later anyway. Your case is ideal for two stages. I’ve seen many try to do it in one with poor outcomes. the cost difference will be negligible.
Hello, thank you for your question. I would suggest to have a medical clearance and then if everything is ok, you might proceed with the procedure you wish. Please have an in person consultation so you can discuss your concerns, options and expectations with your surgeon.
Thank you for your questions. you have B-Lite in Turkey. you can have your procedure in Turkey we have B-Lite implants. Breast implants are sized according to their volume in cubic centimeters (cc). How do you know what size implant to choose? Looking at pictures and talking to friends who...
Hi. Yes, the implant is removed. Pocket adjustments are then made doing the plication or what may be referred to as capsulorrhaphy to adjusting close off the pocket. The implant is replaced and the breast is evaluated. Adjustments may or may not need to be made. When the surgeon is satis...
