why is my outer labia grayish-black? Are there treatment options for lightening it? (photo)

Hi, im a 23yrs old filipina based in singapore. Im worried with the color of my outer labia as shown in the photo. is there a procedure to lighten it (make it pinkish) should i be worried? is it normal?
