Nasopharyngeal covid-19 swab test after Rhinoplasty. Will it have any effect on the surgery outcome?

I would have to travelled to another country for rhinoplasty procedure. So I will have to do nasopharyngeal Covid-19 swab test after rhinoplasty surgery. Will there be any effect on the surgery outcome if I have nasopharyngeal Covid-19 swab test 7 days after the surgery?
