Infini grid marks, 5 months post op, will these go away? (photos)

Hi I have done infini 5 months ago till now I have suffered grid marks and tracks marks that looks like small pitted scars .. And have done co2 and fraxel but the grid scars seems to be there .. Any idea how am I going to clear it ..
