Is the filler used for lips the same kind as the one used for the nose?

Most injectors will use different types of fillers for the nose and lip
For the nose, projection is important so a filler that has high projection force and cohesivity will be chosen aka something "harder"
For the lips, which is a very dynamic area, a filler that is "softer" is usually chosen

You can always use the additional product to touch up your nose after the rhinoplasty or it can also be used to give volume to your cheeks and for lip augmentation. Thank you for your question. There are various types of fillers that are used and depending on the location there are certain ones that are a better fit than others. Each injector is different on their preference of which filler they like in each location. You stated that your brought a syringe of Juvederm. Juvederm Ultra can be used in the lips and is a great filler for this area. This is one of my preferred fillers that I use in the lips. 

There are several things wrong with your question. First, I find it very problematic that you purchased a syringe of filler without knowing how you were going to use it. There are 4 different Juvederm fillers, Volbella, Ultra, Ultra Plus and Voluma. Each has a specific spectrum of uses and the one used for whatever you need should be selected by an experienced injector. Also, the fillers have an expiration date and, if you do not need the specific filler before that date, you have wasted your money.
